Hello, I’m Sheila~
I’m a former physical therapist turned UX designer, passionate about creating thoughtfully curated experiences that help people feel seen, heard, and empowered. With a doctorate in physical therapy and a UX design certificate from Google’s Coursera program, I bring a human-centered and compassionate approach to design, deep-rooted in real life understanding and care.
I love imagining meaningful, intuitive solutions to everyday problems. I value warmth, clarity, creativity, and simplicity. I strive to design with intention in every step. Whether brainstorming ideas, collaborating with a team, or drawing inspiration from nature, I’m always guided by empathy and a desire to create impact through connection.
Outside of design, you’ll often find me cooking up cozy meals, laughing with loved ones, exploring nature, or spending time with my beloved pug, Apple.
